An institutional website usually takes a few weeks; custom apps and systems, a few months. The real deadline goes in the proposal — and an agreed date is a commitment: I spent three years shipping launch campaigns with dates that could not move.
No. Translating your problem into the technical side is my job. You tell me what you need, I explain the options without jargon, and you decide knowing what you're choosing.
No. Wireframes, screen design and prototyping are part of the work — I synthesize everything into a single delivery. You talk to one person instead of coordinating three vendors.
Most of the time, yes. I start by assessing what exists: what's good stays; what hurts — slowness, not showing up on Google, breaking on mobile — gets fixed first.
Launch is the beginning, not the end. I leave everything measured — visits, leads, sales — and we agree on how to evolve it. You're never locked in: the code and the accounts stay in your name.
